Pole Dancing
is a great way to get fit and feel good about your
body! It's empowering,
playful, athletic, sexy, and does not require dance experience
(although experienced
dancers find it's a creative way to utilize movement from
their favorite dance modalities). |

a complete warm-up program with easy-to-follow, sexy
dance moves, and pain free, strength-building exercises
that will
prepare your body for fun pole spins and safely build
to more
challenging ones.
 Provides
a supportive teaching environment where you feel
safe
to learn or relearn a way of moving that's been lost
in the hustle
and bustle of daily life.
 Emphasizes
a playful, spirited side of Pole Dance where "making
a mistake" or "wrong move" is the doorway
to creating your own
special dance moves that fit your body, personality,
and mood. |
This is Pole
Dancing for your self, not for someone else. The
pole becomes your partner
and acts as a physical support as you learn to move your
body in new and different ways.

out into the world with confidence.
